Position: Owner-Operator (AZ License)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Transport full loads on dedicated Midwest and East Coast lanes.
  • Complete 2-3 trips per week, covering at least 2,500 miles.
  • Maintain well-presented and well-maintained trucks.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional AZ driving experience.
  • Own a well-maintained truck (no strict age restrictions, but the vehicle must be in good condition).


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive earnings: $2.05 per mile or up to 90% of gross revenue.
  • Additional incentives:
  • $1,200 safety bonus
  • $500 sign-on bonus
  • Referral bonuses
  • Fuel discounts and U.S./Canadian fuel cards.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends at home.
