Process optimization: Continuously assess workflows and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

Budgeting and cost control: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure operational costs stay within established financial targets.

Inventory and resource management: Oversee inventory control and ensure resources are efficiently allocated to meet operational needs.

Strategy and goal setting: Work with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior leadership.

Problem-solving: Address operational challenges quickly, offering effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.

Ensure compliance: Ensure all operational processes comply with relevant laws, industry regulations, and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.

Proven track record of leading teams and optimizing operational workflows.

Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an office setting with occasional visits to operational sites or field locations.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard business hours; some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
