Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Territory Manager to manage and expand business operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with experience in customer relationship management, territory development, and market analysis. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building lasting relationships with clients, and identifying growth opportunities within your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets within your territory.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, providing excellent customer service.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.

Account Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

New Business Development: Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within the territory to expand the customer base.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring terms are aligned with company objectives.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products or services to effectively communicate benefits to customers and close sales.

Reporting and Documentation: Track sales performance, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and report regularly on progress to senior management.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Travel: Regular travel within your assigned territory to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and build relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or territory management, ideally within a similar industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel within the designated territory as needed (up to 50% of the time).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
