He maintains roles with the Ministry including the CVSA Lead Agency Contact for Ontario and CVSA Region V President, the Provincial Dangerous Goods Coordinator and sits on a number of Provincial and Federal committees. Richard is also a CVSA instructor, develops policies and provides support for much regulation development.
