Rick Morgan brings four decades of experience in trucking, including senior leadership roles in operations and safety. He has led organization-wide process improvements and delivered strategic transportation solutions for industry leaders such as Toyota and General Dynamics. His safety programs have been recognized by multiple insurers, earning Northbridge Insurance Platinum and Platinum Plus status for six consecutive years.
Rick contributed to the NATMI CDS Canadian syllabus rewrite and has served as an industry stakeholder representative on the CBSA e-Manifest program, CBP ACE program, and the WSIB rate framework redesign.
He is past Chair of the IHSA Fleet Safety Council (Central Chapter), the 2009 IHSA Safety Professional of the Year for that chapter, and co-host of Compliance Clips. Rick works with carriers to reduce cost, stabilize service execution, and lower risk through performance-driven systems.
