Kim is Partner at Gardiner Roberts LLP in Toronto and has a specialty in marine, trucking and logistics. Kim also provides complex insurance overage advice and defends transportation-related personal injury and products liability matters. Kim is listed in Best Lawyers and Lexpert for both Maritime and Transportation Law. She is also listed in Best Lawyers for Insurance Law.

Kim is President of the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (Canada). She is a past President and active member of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association. She is Chair of the Membership Committee of the Canadian Maritime Law Association.

Kim is an active mediator assisting parties to resolve disputes of all kinds including transportation, coverage, personal injury and commercial matters. She has also acted as an Umpire in matters relating to insurance policy disputes.
