Richard Robinson started with the Ministry of Transportation as a Transportation Enforcement Officer in 2003 and has been in the Carrier Enforcement Program Office as a Team Leader since 2017. He maintains roles with the Ministry including the CVSA Lead Agency Contact for Ontario and CVSA Region V President, the Provincial Dangerous Goods Coordinator and sits on a number of Provincial and Federal committees. Richard is also a CVSA instructor, develops policies and provides support for much regulation development. He played a significant role in the implementation and officer training for electronic logging devices (ELDs) as well as worked on each version of the ELD Technical Standard.
