After driving for approximately 15 years during a time when truck drivers lost their status as Knights of the Road, I decided to try and effect change from the inside. I became a fleet driver trainer for a Driver Service and eventually found my way to CN. About 4 years in I became a Safety & Compliance Manager for CNTL and 20+ years later here I am.  This is a people business and the second we lose sight of that we start to fail, I love what I do and look forward to work almost every day.
