The Advisory Committee for the Recruiting & Retention Leadership Symposium is comprised of senior leaders from fleets and key industry stakeholders who provide strategic guidance on the program’s direction and content. Working closely with The Trucking Network team, the Committee helps shape a relevant, practical, and forward-looking agenda focused on today’s most pressing workforce challenges. Through their expertise in recruitment, retention, leadership, safety, and regulatory compliance, Advisory Committee members help develop an agenda that supports a safer, more compliant, and high-performing workforce, while delivering real-world insights and actionable strategies for industry professionals.
